Jacob Dawood

Managing Director

Jacob has a background in music and environmental science and found himself in this industry after seeking a change in pace. So far in his journey he’s learnt a variety of incredible transferable skills and found a huge amount of self-confidence. Being in this industry can give him the skills and finances to help others reach their full potential. His time so far has been filled with unforgettable experiences such as expanding the company to Hobart to open a second branch, cruising down the Yarra River for the company Christmas Party and travelling around the country for conferences.

Rachael Watson

Operations Manager 

Rachael, with a background in customer service and retail, craved a different environment and found Enhance Connect. From this industry she has gained skills such as effective communication, people skills, recruitment and management skills. Starting in a sales role, the skills she acquired in a year and a half have made daily problems easier to solve in her now role as Operations Manager. Enhance Connect has given Rachael the opportunity to learn and develop in an environment she’s never experienced before and has found a role that she excels in.
